(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Nov 16, 2009) In a week 10 NFI Dinasty League showdown, Gommaflex Gamblers Modena squeaked by a tough Young Mean Machine Faenza team by a score of 112.2 to 109.2, silencing a partisan crowd of 65,045.

Gommaflex Gamblers Modena were led to their 3.0 point victory by a 20.2 point effort from Jonathan Stewart, who got by the Atlanta Falcons defense for 82 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs. They also got help from a 11.5 point effort from Keith Bulluck, who beat the Buffalo Bills offense for 11 tackles.

"This was a confidence booster," Gommaflex Gamblers Modena coach gommaflex said.

Young Mean Machine Faenza were helped out in a losing cause by a 26.3 point effort from Brandon Marshall, who beat the Washington Redskins defense for 134 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs in addition to 9 rushing yards. With this performance, Marshall was the number 2 ranked wide receiver for week 10. They also got help from a 19.0 point effort from Aaron Rodgers, who snuck past the Dallas Cowboys defense for 189 passing yards and 1 passing TD in addition to 15 rushing yards.

"We weren't mentally prepared," Young Mean Machine Faenza coach young8 said.

Compounding the issue, Young Mean Machine Faenza could have scored 126.5 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but young8 left key players like Mike Sims-Walker and his corresponding 10.9 points on the bench.

This brings the record for Gommaflex Gamblers Modena to 4-6, and drops Young Mean Machine Faenza to a record of 7-3.

Coming up in week 11, Young Mean Machine Faenza are at the 5-5 Emmitt Attilas Monselice, where Emmitt Attilas Monselice are an early 3.6-point favorite, while Gommaflex Gamblers Modena are at the 6-4 JetPeterson Crazy Warriors Brescia, where JetPeterson Crazy Warriors Brescia are an early 9.2-point favorite.

This Bird's For You

Tennessee Titans owner Bud Adams had a great time at the Bill s game last weekend watching his team win their third consecutive game. He apparently had a problem with the Bill s fans however, compelling him to repeatedly flip them the bird. Check out his delivery here. Not bad for an octogenarian. Now on one hand, I am of the opinion that he can do whatever the hell he wants at his ripe old age but on the other, I can fully understand the hefty fine ($250K) imposed by the National Football League.
